"I bought my first new TT a Wolf Pup from these folks. I had an old MH and had visited the service Department for parts and advice to fix it. The employees (really friends at heart) are what they claim to be a CAMPERS BEST FRIEND. I have always received service above and beyond the call of duty.

"I purchased replacement Carefree awning springs on Susquehanna RV's web site. The price was great and the shipping was prompt. One of the new springs failed at just under a year of use. I called Max for help. He did all the right things and within a week I had a new replacement. Max called me to notify me when it was being shipped and another pleasant surprise when he called to follow up that I received it. Will I buy again? You bet!

"We would like to thank everybody there who helped in the recent purchase of our new(to us) fifth wheel. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. Max in the parts department was very helpful in picking out a fifth well as well as many other items in the store.
As agreed upon when we made our purchase, we had a few warranty items fixed at a later date. Chad and the rest of the service department went out of their way to see that everything was taken care of. After finding that an ordered part was not the right fit, they even "borrowed" the part from a new trailer to fix ours. We feel they went beyond the agreements of their used trailer warranty.
We then used our complimentary 2 night stay at your Penn Avon Campground for the weekend. It was very clean, quiet, friendly and convenient to the area.

"I just want to start out by saying thank you to Susquehanna Valley RV. The staff here are all second to none, they are great people. From the first time we walked into their store we were met with very courteous people who take a lot of pride in their business. Back in the fall of 08 they had a drawing for a trip to Walt Disney World and my sons name was the one to get pulled out. This was a great prize and an awesome trip. My son got to get his picture taken with the owner of the place, my son was really excited about his name being on the radio and getting his picture taken with the owner of Susquehanna Valley RV. We went on the trip to Disney from DEC. 12- DEC.17 and the kids and my wife and I had a blast. We can't express our thanks enough to the Susquehanna Valley RV staff. Our family of 5 stayed at a Disney Resort that was provided in the prize as well as all the Disney park passes. They went way above and beyond with this and we was as a family thank them greatly for providing this trip as a prize that, we as a family got to enjoy. So from all of us we thank you very much we will always remember this trip and because of your kindness we are very grateful for this experience.
