We recently purchased a 2017 Cardinal from the dealership that we had ordered. Until the sale was finalized I had not been to the dealership. All my interactions were via phone or online. The process was painless and the service was very good. The staff are all friendly and helpful. That day we worked with Scott (the manager), Ryan (finance)and John (Service). A special thank you to John who not only did our walk thru but came to the campground later on that day to help take care of a needed adjustment. Everyone at Susquehanna RV has been great though out our entire shopping, purchasing, and pick-up process. Marcia was a wonderful sales person. She is very knowledgeable and personable. She accommodated all our requests and found us the perfect unit. The finance department and service department were also great on the day we picked up our camper. The service guys went above and beyond to hookup and fix the old stabilizer hitch on my truck to work on the new camper. They made sure we knew where everything was located and how to use it on our walk around. They happily answered all my questions so that I was sure i could use everything. The thing that surprised me the most didn't even happen at the dealership. On our first trip out with our new Freedom Express camper, we stopped to get some dinner at a local fast-food restaurant. We were getting ready to leave and a man approached me asking me if i knew my leveling hitch wasn't hooked up right. He took the time to explain and show me how to fix the hitch right there in the parking lot. Afterwards he stated that he services campers for a living at Susquehanna RV. My family has been extremely pleased with our entire process at Susquehanna RV. We've already recommended your dealership to family, friends, and coworkers. We were drawn to Susquehanna RV because they were at the York RV show last year. We walked through the Cherokee 27DBH and instantly knew that it was the camper that we wanted, but last year just wasn't the year for a new RV purchase. I spent the entire year researching other RV's and couldn't find anything that compared to the same quality construction as the Cherokee. My wife and I went to the York RV show this year prepared to buy a new travel trailer because our family had outgrown our existing camper. While she was set on the Cherokee, I wanted to tour every other camper at the show and convince myself that the Cherokee was the camper for us. We spent 5 hours touring that entire show and saved the Susquehanna RV area for last. Every other camper and dealership we looked at that day failed in comparison. I was reluctant to deal with a dealership so far way from our home, but Susquehanna RV made us forget about the distance with their superior customer service. Marcia, the salesperson and Ryan the finance guy were a welcome break from all the other dealers that didn't seem to know anything about what they were selling that day. The Susquehanna RV team was very knowledgeable and not afraid to spend time showing us around all the campers we were interested in that day even though it was the end of the busy show weekend for them. They even had a Forrest River representative on hand to help with more technical questions. So as for the day of delivery and the rest of the Susquehanna RV team in Selingsgrove we were impressed once again with their extreme desire to make sure we were happy. From the service representatives who helped us swap over our weight distribution and sway system to Marcia and Ryan again who made sure our 4 kids and dog, who were drug along for the complimentary camping weekend at nearby Penn Avon Campground, were comfortable. To the Service Department of Susquehanna RV Mary and I wan to thank you for the service you performed on our camper at the Grange Fair. We discovered a water leak in the front cabinet of our bedroom and I called Marsha and she had the Service Dept. contact me about coming out and check it out. I was told there was going to be a service charge and a repair cost to remedy the problem so I said that I'd look at it after the Fair myself. Then I received a call from the Service Dept. telling me that they were coming to take a look and see if they could repair it which they did at no cost to me. So I just wanted to say Thank You so much and that Mary and I appreciate what you did for us and to tell you that in fact you did fix the leak. I went looking for an affordable RV and Scott showed me the best one on the lot and said "Yes" you can afford it. I was very surprise I could have this nice of a RV. Drove 110 miles RT from Hbg, Pa for my retirement present of a 2012 Denali 311BH w/Outdoor Kitchen. We are a family of four and we love the Outdoor Kitchen and the rear bedroom for the kids. I found and made entire deal over the phone and via emails. When I arrived the trailer and deal was as exactly described via our communications. Arrived with my Uncle Pete late morning to the smell of warm lunch for everyone at the dealership. What a great experience walking in the door, EVERYONE was so friendly and cordial. We felt like we were family with these guys and we never stepped foot in the place. Kudos to Ryan Reich (Financing) and Austin who assisted me with the sale, Ryan Culp (service Mgr), and to all the rest of the employees who assisted us that day with our SMOOTH transaction. I should note that I live very close to a huge dealership that sells Denali/Dutchmen 4 miles from my house and I was not impressed with no return emails or phone calls with two seperate salesman, one that I spoke to at the Sports Show to just get a PRICE. Susq RV employees made us feel like we were family. Kudo's to all other unnamed staff. Anyway, Susquehanna RV is an HONEST DEALER, with FAIR prices. No need to search elsewhere. My husband and I were looking to purchase our first camper and honestly had no idea what we were doing! The whole camping thing was new to us and we were almost going in blind. Our salesperson was very honest and helpful. Without him, we would not have found our fantastic camper. All the staff has been very helpful. Every time I call with even the simplest of questions I am always helped out to the fullest extent. The first time we used the camper we had some problems with figuring some things out and they actually sent a technician to the site on a Friday night. We went to the show in York, PA. We had looked around at many dealers prior to that and went to the Harrisburg show. We were happy with the price and features. When we went to pick up the camper on Saturday, we had no sitter for our older dog as this was a 2 hour drive each way. They treated both us and our dog great. So far we are very happy with the service and courtesy that was given, and our dog would like to thank you for the hot dog and water. He gives you a 5* along with us. My wife and I went to the York show looking to upgrade our camper. She had walked through a Cherokee Park model at a local show in Md and fell in love. We had past issues with the dealer so we moved on. When we saw it at the York show we went through it and met Ryan Reich who was most helpful. After completing the paperwork we were updated by Ryan by email and phone calls. When we made the 2.5 hour drive to the dealer we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. I purchased replacement Carefree awning springs on Susquehanna RV's web site. The price was great and the shipping was prompt. One of the new springs failed at just under a year of use. I called Max for help. He did all the right things and within a week I had a new replacement. Max called me to notify me when it was being shipped and another pleasant surprise when he called to follow up that I received it. Will I buy again? You bet! - Sidney

We would like to thank everybody there who helped in the recent purchase of our new(to us) fifth wheel. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. Max in the parts department was very helpful in picking out a fifth well as well as many other items in the store. As agreed upon when we made our purchase, we had a few warranty items fixed at a later date. Chad and the rest of the service department went out of their way to see that everything was taken care of. After finding that an ordered part was not the right fit, they even "borrowed" the part from a new trailer to fix ours. We feel they went beyond the agreements of their used trailer warranty. We then used our complimentary 2 night stay at your Penn Avon Campground for the weekend. It was very clean, quiet, friendly and convenient to the area. I just want to start out by saying thank you to Susquehanna Valley RV. The staff here are all second to none, they are great people. From the first time we walked into their store we were met with very courteous people who take a lot of pride in their business. Back in the fall of 08 they had a drawing for a trip to Walt Disney World and my sons name was the one to get pulled out. This was a great prize and an awesome trip. My son got to get his picture taken with the owner of the place, my son was really excited about his name being on the radio and getting his picture taken with the owner of Susquehanna Valley RV. We went on the trip to Disney from DEC. 12- DEC.17 and the kids and my wife and I had a blast. We can't express our thanks enough to the Susquehanna Valley RV staff. Our family of 5 stayed at a Disney Resort that was provided in the prize as well as all the Disney park passes. They went way above and beyond with this and we was as a family thank them greatly for providing this trip as a prize that, we as a family got to enjoy.
